Temple Worship Ministry’s focus is to create an atmosphere where people can freely worship God through music, whether it is singing, signing or instruments. Worship at Temple is more than music, more than a gathering, more than brief moments together in a service. Worship at Temple is a lifestyle that is lived out in spirit and truth with every opportunity presented. Worship is offering all to Him. It reveals the inner heart and the recognized value that we place upon God in our lives. Worship is more than just something we do. It is an attitude that we carry with us day by day, an attitude of genuine praise to God. We are incredibly blessed to have incredibly team of singers, musicians and signers.

The worship team is composed of the choir and the bands. The choir sings in both the 9:00am and the 11:00am service each week and rehearses on Sundays from 2:30pm - 3:30pm. The bands play in both services on their scheduled Sundays and practice at 11:20am on their scheduled Sundays.
Do you enjoy serving behind the scenes? Would you like to encourage others in their Christian walk? If so, then the baptism team might be the perfect opportunity for you to serve! We are looking for volunteers to help every other month in both the 9:00am and the 11:00am services. This would involve assisting those who are taking their next step in believer’s baptism. This team serves from 8:30am - 11:45am on baptism Sundays.
Our member care team serves as needed to minister to those who have lost a loved one. Those that serve on this team have the opportunity to encourage and serve a meal (provided by the church) to those families.
Maybe you aren’t able to help serve a meal but perhaps you would enjoy making desserts to be served at meals prepared for grieving families. Then the baking team might be where you are needed? Both opportunities are wonderful ways to minister to others during their difficult time.
This team has opportunities to serve in various ways during our big events here at Temple. This would include Christmas, Easter, and other special events throughout the year. The needs and schedule will vary depending on the size and nature of the event. Some of the areas where volunteers are needed are cast, stage hands, set up/tear down crew, costume assistants and other areas as needed. If you are interested in serving on this team, please contact either Jaylynn Milligan at jaylynn@templebaptistcullman.com or Paul Miller at paul@templebaptistcullman.com.
For more information on any of the teams mentioned above or to volunteer, please contact Jaylynn Milligan, Worship Pastor
