God has blessed Temple with tremendous growth, and to help facilitate continued growth and effectiveness, we have embarked on a renewed emphasis in our Guest Services Ministry. What does this mean? In short, it means to focus on being intentional about making all that arrive on our campus feel special, from the time they drive in the parking lot, until they leave.
Along with providing safe and adequate parking, especially for the elderly, handicapped and expectant mothers, our parking attendant’s number one priority is to create a welcoming atmosphere to every individual that drives onto our campus.
The Welcome Team is made up of four different groups of volunteers: Parking Lot Greeters, Door Greeters, Shuttle Cart Drivers, and First Time Attendee Handlers. These four groups assist our First Time Attenders from their vehicle all the way to the auditorium.
This team creates an atmosphere of joyful service, while offering coffee and drinks to our members and guests.
This is one of the most important teams here at Temple. They provide a safe and secured atmosphere for our entire campus during any Temple event.
To assist those who park in any of our parking lot locations, we provide shuttle carts to pick you up at your vehicle and bring you right to the door.
The compassion of our Team Stat will focus on any medical need or emergency that may arise with guests and members.
The A-Team encourages every individual’s decision made at the Altar, while directing their next step regarding that decision.
